The shipping charges will be calculated once you have entered the delivery address and is based upon the weight and size of your order. We aim to ensure that all items on this site are available for despatch within 7 working days, unless advised otherwise. On the odd occasion where products are out of stock we will advise you of the delay and refund you in full if you wish to cancel the item from your order.

Returns

We value our customer's satisfaction. If a product does not satisfy your expectations it may be returned for credit within 7 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Defective parts will be exchanged only upon inspection by our technicians. All parts returned should be unused, uninstalled and re-sellable in as new condition. You must contact us to gain a returns authorization number before returning goods. A 25% re-stocking fee may be applied at our discretion for non defective goods. Returned goods will be either refunded or replaced at our discretion.
