The classic zip side graphic was seen on
Minis in the early 70's advertising Levis Jeans. Today the zip
graphics are available showing a patriotic union jack. They are
easy to fit are a stunning addition to the side of your Mini
Cooper.
How To Fit
1. Remove any existing side decals from your Mini. Gently
heat existing graphics with a hair dryer to help remove them.
Wash and dry the car to ensure it is free from dust and dirt.
2. Remove the backing paper from the first zipped flag
graphic. Spray the sticky side of the graphic with a solution of
water and washing up liquid. This help to move the graphic
whilst fitting.
3. Apply the flag section to the side of the Mini. Smooth
the graphic to remove any air bubbles.
4. Remove the backing and spray the back of the first zip
section. Position the zip in line with the flag and smooth it
out in a straight line. This zip section will span onto the
door.
5. Trim the zip between the door and the back panel. Fit the
final section of the zip, joining it to the first section and
trimming for the a-panel.
