A patriotic addition to the interior of
your Mini are these superb quality Union Jack door cards. They
are a direct replacement for the standard saloon Mini door
cards. The high quality vinyl covers foam padding and 2mm
plywood. An fitting example is shown below.
How To Fit
1. Starting with the rear cards, firstly remove the two
screws on the rear door pocket (if fitted). The pocket will then
pull free from its housing.
2. Gently prise the door card from its top runner. The card
is flexible and will bend a little. Once out of the top runner
pull the card free.
3. Insert the new Union Jack rear door card. Push it firmly
towards the bottom. Once in position tap the top of the of the
card so that the top runner holds it in place.
4. Refit
the door pocket and repeat for the other side.
5. Moving
on to the front door cards.
6. Remove
the door furniture.
7. Gentle
prise the door card to release each of the clips and lift the
door card free.
8. Use the
old door card to determine the sections necessary to trim on the
new Union Jack card.
9. Remove
the card clips from your existing door card and place them on
the new union jack card.
10. Offer
the new door card up to the door. Sliding it under the top
runner and gently tapping each clip into its securing hole.
11. Refit
your door furniture (door pocket is optional).
12. Repeat
for the other door and you're finished!
