You can upgrade the standard black Mini
wiper kit to a fantastic looking chrome kit. The kit includes
the wiper blades, arms, blanking grommets, wiper bezels and
superb twin chrome washer jets. The fitting process can be a
touch fiddly at times but is by no means difficult.
How To Fit
1. Remove the wiper arm by pulling it from its spindle.
2. Apply a touch of WD40 if necessary to the nut that holds
the wiper bezel in place.
3. Undo the nut that secures the wiper bezel.
4.
Remove the black wiper bezel.
5.
Fit the new rubber washer, followed by the new chrome bezel and
new securing nut.
6.
Open the bonnet & pull the washer jet pipe from the existing
black washer jet. Push the existing jet upwards to remove it.
7.
Insert the new chrome twin washer jet.
8. Place the washer and nut on the new washer jet from
within the engine bay.
9.
Tighten the nut and replace the washer pipe.
10.
Remove the existing black rubber wiper blank.
11.
Insert the new chrome wiper blank.
12. Attach the washer and wing nut to the underside of the
new grommet.
