Conditions Shipping and Handling
We aim to despatch all orders as
soon as possible from receipt of payment. We recommend
that all customers select an insured postal service such
as recorded delivery or internationally signed for. These
services protect the buyer from damage or loss by the
postal service, uninsured services are offered but this is
entirely at the buyers own risk.
Guarantee
We only sell products that we believe represent good
value for money. If you do experience problems with any
products that we supply, please contact us. We will
happily arrange for replacement where appropriate. We
reserve the right to refuse replacement after the third
day of receipt of goods signed for in good condition, or
any miss use caused by incorrect fitment.
Privacy Policy
oCoop do not disclose buyer's
information to third parties.
Returns
We value our customer's satisfaction. If a product does
not satisfy your expectations it may be returned for
credit within 7 days. Shipping charges are not refundable
and any charges incurred via eBay and/or PayPal will be
deducted.
Defective parts will be exchanged only upon inspection by
our technicians. All parts returned should be unused,
uninstalled and re-sellable as in new condition. You must
contact us to gain a returns authorization number before
returning goods. A 25% re-stocking fee may be applied at
our discretion for non defective goods.
Returned goods will be either refunded or replaced at our
discretion.
Feedback
We value customer satisfaction and
our reputation. We always aim to resolve any problems
before leaving negative or neutral feedback and ask the
same of you. Please contact us with any issues you may
have, upon satisfactory completion of a transaction please
leave feedback and we will do the same for you.
Liability
oCoop shall not be liable for
any advice given to the buyer as to the application or use
of goods unless confirmed in writing. |
